Rochester was shut out on the road at Oxford, and Rochester Adams was blanked at home by No. 6 Clarkston.

Oxford rolled past the Falcons 42-0 on the Wildcats' Homecoming Night. No. 6 Clarkston blanked the Highlanders 45-0 in Oakland Activities Association Red division play (OAA Red).

Oxford 42, Rochester 0

Oxford controlled the game from the start. Preston Wilder and Keedan Pociask each scored rushing touchdowns from close range in the first half, and quarterback Michael King connected with Chris Pullman to push the lead to 21-0 before halftime, according to The Oakland Press.

Oxford added three more rushing touchdowns in the second half, with King, Pullman and Greyson Boyle each finding the end zone. The Wildcats improved to 4-0 on the season.

Rochester fell to 1-2 overall and 1-0 in league play with the loss, according to High School on SI.

Clarkston 45, Rochester Adams 0

Adams entered the matchup with momentum after a 42-41 overtime win over West Bloomfield in Week 3. The Highlanders had also received votes in the first Associated Press Division 1 state poll. Clarkston, ranked No. 6 in that same poll, erased any suspense early.

Quarterback Alex Waszczenko powered the Wolves' offense with two rushing touchdowns and two scoring passes, one each to Wendell Childs Jr. and Drew French. Clarkston held a 38-0 lead by the third quarter, triggering the running clock, according to MLive.

Head coach Justin Pintar's squad improved to 4-0 overall and 1-0 in OAA Red play. Adams fell to 2-2 overall and 1-1 in the division.
